On June 3, 2025, in Warsaw, during a side event of the Women in Tech Summit, an Oxford-style debate will be held, organized by the AI Chamber CEE, focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence on diversity in the workplace.
Among the invited experts will be Rafał Wyziński, attorney-at-law and partner at RK Legal, who will take part in the debate titled:
“Will Women Be Left Behind in the AI Revolution – or Will They Take It Over?”
The event will provide a space for substantive discussion on:
- the impact of AI development on professional roles for women and men,
- the potential of technology to support equality and diversity within organizational structures,
- companies’ readiness to face the challenges and changes brought about by the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence.
