FENCA – Federation of European National Collection Associations – is an association of receivables management companies from most European countries. Its activity focuses on developing good business practices and proposing changes in legislation to improve actions on the debt market.
This year’s congress in Malta is special – FENCA celebrates 30 years in the international debt management industry. For many years, as EuroCollectNet Lawyers, we have been part of this history and actively participate in its activities.
