Krzysztof Podolski – Partner, Chief Information Security Officer
For years, Krzysztof has been responsible for information security and personal data protection at RK Legal, combining legal knowledge with IT expertise. He introduced and developed our data protection practice long before GDPR came into effect. Today, he advises clients on how to effectively prepare for new challenges arising from regulations like the AI Act, NIS2, or DORA, and how to successfully pass ISO audits.
His nomination is a natural result of his consistency, professionalism, and the real impact he has had on growing one of RK Legal’s key practices.
Krzysztof Jędrzejczyk – Partner
Krzysztof Jędrzejczyk is the first partner in our firm who joined the team as an already experienced specialist. His expertise, a successful transition to RK Legal, and a perfect fit with our corporate culture quickly translated into the growth of the area he manages. A shared approach to client cooperation – based on partnership, understanding their needs, and supporting business goals – has been the foundation of his work from the very beginning.
