The Debt Management and Litigation Department at RK Legal is entering a new stage
of growth, involving both a change in organizational structure and a strengthening
of the management staff.
As part of the reorganization, we have established the Amicable Debt Collection Department.
Since October, it has been headed by Katarzyna Dworniczak, an experienced manager with a long track record at RK Legal. She will be responsible for developing soft collection services, which are playing an increasingly vital role in debt management processes.
At the same time, Mariola Jabłońska (Attorney-at-Law) has taken over the leadership of the Litigation and Enforcement Department, while also being promoted to Director. Her extensive experience in handling legal proceedings and managing claim recovery teams provides a strong foundation for the further growth of this segment.
Both directors have been with RK Legal for many years, consistently expanding their expertise and areas of responsibility. Internal promotion of our management staff is a growth model that has been
a key part of our organizational culture for years.
The creation of a dedicated Amicable Debt Collection Department is a response to the rapidly changing market environment. The team faces several key challenges:
- adapting services to new forms of communication (online and mobile),
- automating and digitizing processes while maintaining a personalized approach,
- developing analytical tools to support debt recovery effectiveness,
- responding flexibly to regulatory changes and supervisory institutions’ guidelines,
- maintaining high ethical standards alongside operational efficiency,
- implementing modern communication and negotiation techniques.
These changes are another step in strengthening RK Legal’s position as a firm that combines comprehensive legal support with professional and modern debt management.
