RK Legal, a law firm specializing in legal services for business, announces new partner appointments and changes in its organizational structure. As of the beginning of the year, Krzysztof Podolski and attorney-at-law Krzysztof Jędrzejczyk have joined the firm’s partnership.The firm has also established two new departments: the New Technologies Law Department and the Financial Risk Management Department.
The expansion of the partnership and the creation of the two new departments represent a natural step in the firm’s development, reflecting the growing demand for highly specialized and comprehensive legal advisory services.
New Technologies Law Department led by Krzysztof Podolski
Krzysztof Podolski has been associated with RK Legal since 2013. He currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), effectively combining legal and IT perspectives in the field of information security. He leads a team advising clients on compliance with key regulations in information protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and new technologies law, including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and the AI Act.
He is also a Lead Auditor for ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 standards. In this capacity, he supports organizations in building effective information security management systems, ensuring business continuity, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions responsibly.
Krzysztof Podolski has simultaneously taken the lead of the New Technologies Law Department. His team supports organizations in safely implementing innovation while providing legal advisory in rapidly evolving areas related to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Krzysztof Jędrzejczyk: receivables and financial risk
Junior Partner, attorney-at-law Krzysztof Jędrzejczyk, has been with RK Legal for nearly six years. He has over a decade of experience in litigation and comprehensive legal advisory for business entities, particularly in transactional security structures and credit risk assessment of commercial transactions. He has conducted numerous court proceedings and advised companies operating in the leasing, insurance, automotive, fuel, transport, and construction sectors.
Krzysztof Jędrzejczyk will head the Financial Risk Management Department, further strengthening RK Legal’s specialization in debt recovery, litigation, and transactional security.
