On 26 April, RK Legal experts will participate in the 11th Congress of Legal Regulations in the area of Debt Management organised by the Association of Financial Companies in Poland.
During the event, they will address key issues related to the recovery of receivables and data protection.
Michał Rączkowski, advocate and Managing Partner at RK Legal, will host the debate entitled ‘Civil lawsuit session. What are the changes to the CCP and what are the consequences for creditors?’.
An expert on GDPR, Jan Prasałek, PhD, advocate, will participate in the discussion entitled ‘GDPR and data processing: heirs, data retention period and other practical issues relating to data processing’.
