Therefore, the organisers of the Golden Solution conference entitled ‘DEBT COLLECTION – case study’ invited us to show how we are building lasting cooperation in the area of debt management with our client, Siemens Finance.
On 23 March, Anna Jamiołkowska, advocate, from RK Legal and Bartłomiej Elsner from Siemens Finance will present, using our example, what good cooperation practices between client and law firm should be like. We will also look together for golden rules to guarantee the effectiveness of this kind of project.
