Knorr-Bremse, the world leader in the market for braking and other systems for rail and commercial vehicles, invested in a modern production and service facility with an area of 23,000 m2, located in the Scientific and Technological Park in the Economic Activity Zone ‘Rzeszów-Dworzysko’.
The company was supported in the implementation of the investment project by the RK Legal Real Estate Department Team, led by Marcin Jadczak, advocate.
- The facility covers an area of approximately 23,000 m2, of which more than 19,000 m2 are covered by the production floor and 4,000 m2 by office spaces.
- The facility is scheduled to commence operations as early as in January 2023.
- Between now and 2025, Knorr-Bremse plans to expand and develop its operations in the facility to include further specialisations. During that period, the service centre for braking systems for rail vehicles will also be expanded.
- In subsequent years, the plant area may be enlarged to as much as 35,000 m2.
