Experience

For more than 12 years, I have focused my practice on banking, consumer and civil law, with particular emphasis on large-scale and precedent-setting litigation. I represent banks before common courts and in proceedings that have a significant impact on the financial services market.

I lead a team of more than 30 lawyers within the Litigation Department at RK Legal, where I am responsible for litigation strategy, service standardisation and the efficient management of large litigation portfolios.

My practice extends beyond courtroom representation to include strategic pre-litigation advice, regulatory risk assessment and the development of consistent legal strategies for consumer disputes.

I am the author and co-author of numerous industry publications addressing current legal challenges facing the financial sector, including the free credit sanction (SKD), banks’ liability for unauthorised payment transactions and the impact of evolving case law on banking practice. In 2025, I was recognised in the Rzeczpospolita Ranking of Recommended Lawyers in the category of Dispute Resolution and Arbitration.

I regularly participate in industry conferences and professional training programmes dedicated to banking law and consumer litigation. I am also actively involved in legal education, delivering guest lectures at leading academic institutions, including the University of Warsaw and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

In addition, I contribute to expert consultations on legislative proposals affecting the financial sector, including initiatives carried out in cooperation with the Polish Financial Enterprises Association (Związek Przedsiębiorstw Finansowych – ZPF), supporting dialogue between market practice and the legislative process.
