I assist entrepreneurs in their everyday business. I specialize in substantive and procedural civil law, as well as commercial law.
For over 10 years I have been providing services to companies from the automotive, event, sports and IT sectors.
Experience
As a part of on-going legal services, I support clients in drafting corporate documents, providing opinion on and drawing up commercial contracts and carrying out negotiations. I am responsible for aspects of corporate business activity.
I have experience in litigation related with the clients’ current activity, and property insurance proceedings (lawsuits against insurers).
I conduct training sessions related with changes in the law, specifically in civil and commercial law.
I am responsible, inter alia, for customer complaint procedures, handling disputes with both consumers and businesses. I also represent clients in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). I draw up internal regulations and procedures related with customer service.
I oversee the organization of major sports and entertainment events in Poland and abroad. I am the co-founder and general secretary of MMA Poland Association, a member of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF).
