Since 2006, I have been managing the RK Legal law firm. I specialize in commercial law and civil process. I supervise the Debt Management Division specialized in handling B2C debt assets and B2B corporate receivables, also in foreign markets.
Experience
Our law firm has been managing the debt portfolios of banks, lending institutions, leasing companies, securitisation funds as well as power industry and telecommunications entities. We are a member of the Association of Financial Companies in Poland (ZPF) and Euro Collect Net Lawyers international network. We have the licence issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) to manage securitisation funds.
