How can I help you?
I coordinate the work of the Litigation Department. I am responsible for conducting court cases and legal assistance to companies mainly in the matters of civil law and commercial law as well as enforcement proceedings on behalf of our clients. In this area, for more than 10 years I have been supporting entities from the banking, leasing, transport, telecom and insurance sectors.
I specialize in substantive and procedural civil law.
Experience
As a part of my civil law and civil procedure practice, I have often dealt with difficult and unconventional matters, e.g. representing companies in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and before the Competition and Consumer Protection Court, representing companies before the Supreme Court — which required not only substantive knowledge, but also non-standard thinking and individual approach to each challenge.
Since 2017, I have represented entities from the banking, leasing, transport and insurance sectors in civil and criminal proceedings, and I use experience gained thereby not only to support litigation in individual cases, but also to advise entities in adapting corporate strategies to dynamic changes in the judicature.
My interests focus mainly on procedural civil law and the so-called Swiss franc lawsuits, therefore I participate in numerous training sessions and symposiums devoted to these topics.
