I work for the Business Support and Litigation Department at RK Legal providing comprehensive support to entrepreneurs in their day-to-day business.
I take part in court proceedings related to the labour law and civil law, as well as in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts or preparing legal opinions and reports.
I work for entities in the automotive, leasing, banking and manufacturing sectors.
Experience
At RK Legal, I represent business entities in employment-related court proceedings, including appeals against termination notices and disciplinary dismissals, overtime claims and non-compete violations, as well as in civil lawsuits, including claims for damages and contracts.
I also provide on-going support in negotiating of contracts, analysing contracts for possible legal and business-related risks. I advise clients on changes in internal regulations and adjusting business operations to dynamic changes in legislation by monitoring the course of legislative changes and preparing legal opinions and reports identifying challenges and threats to entrepreneurs.
In my career, I have worked for companies in the food, real estate development and construction industries, to name a few. I have participated in court proceedings concerning civil law (e.g. protection of personal rights, compensation cases) and labour law (concerning non-compete violations, employee claims due to accidents at work). I have also dealt with issues related to the competition and consumer protection law, including participation in administrative proceedings before the President of UOKiK (the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection).ię przed Prezesem UOKiK.
