I specialise in civil and business litigation, serving both Polish and foreign entrepreneurs in this field. I support clients in M&A transactions as well as in corporate matters related to their day-to-day operations, particularly with regard to contracts and securing their proper performance. I have experience in supporting entities operating in the following sectors: automotive, leasing, armaments and finance.

My cooperation with RK Legal began in 2016. From the very beginning, I focused on court cases and provided support in credit management proceedings. I have experience in the following legal service areas:
Mergers & Acquisitions
I handle M&A transaction projects, analyse documentation and advise clients on key issues related to planned M&A transactions. As part of the due diligence processes, I identify potential transaction risks, safeguard clients’ interests in planned transactions and prepare documents for transactions.
Civil and business proceedings
I have many years of experience in civil and business litigation, including international civil proceedings. The proceedings mainly involve claims for contractual penalties, return of movable property, remuneration for use of real estate on a non-contract basis, repayment of loans, claims under investment fund activities, directors’ responsibility for the liabilities of companies, and compensation from municipalities under the Act on the Protection of Tenants’ Rights. My experience also includes handling cases at the enforcement stage.
Ongoing entrepreneur assistance
I support companies through comprehensive business handling of all contractual matters, including the process of preparing contract templates and bylaws, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, and advising on the selection of the most appropriate contractual safeguards. I am responsible for negotiating with clients’ contractors and supporting them in resolving disputes amicably.
Training
I provide training and workshops in the practice areas, including in particular substantive and procedural civil law.
