I specialise in real estate law. I have comprehensive experience in providing legal services to international real estate development entities with regard to investment processes, sales and real estate transactions.
I provide legal services to entrepreneurs in the field of civil and administrative law. Together with the firm’s real estate team, I support clients in resolving ongoing, complex legal issues aris-ing in the course of their business.
Experience
I gained my experience working in reputable law firms, as an in-house lawyer at one of the largest property developers in Poland, as well as during my 3-year work at the District Court in Warsaw.
I support clients in the implementation of construction projects, from the planning stage to the final settlement with the purchasers of the premises and other project participants. I draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions with contractors on behalf of the client.
I handle disputes under construction contracts, agreements for the transfer of ownership of premises, compensation for defects in the properties of housing communities, as well as restitution proceedings. I have successfully led to clients recovering unpaid remuneration for construction work.
I supervise the administrative processes aimed at obtaining decisions enabling the realisation of construction projects. I support entities in proceedings for the acquisition of real estate from public entities by way of tender procedures.
I participate in the preparation of legal analyses of real estate (due diligence). I use the experience I gained from working for a developer in a department dedicated to expanding the “land bank” for residential developments. Our recommendations resulted in the streamlining of a number of investment processes even at the planning stage, and enabled clients to avoid significant legal, technical and business risks.
