In my work, I focus on providing legal support in court proceedings related to foreign currency loan agreements, commonly known as "Swiss franc loans," as well as consumer credit agreements and proceedings concerning the free credit sanction.
Within the team, I am responsible for analyzing legal provisions and case law, preparing legal arguments—including drafting pleadings and legal opinions—and representing clients in court proceedings.
Experience
I have three years of experience in civil law cases. My practice focuses primarily on civil proceedings in the area of banking law, including foreign currency loans (commonly known as “Swiss franc loans”) and consumer credit. I specialize in civil procedural law and have extensive litigation experience related to the “free credit” sanction (sankcja kredytu darmowego).
