In my daily practice, I prepare and review lease agreements, construction contracts, conduct legal due diligence of real estate, and provide ongoing legal support to housing communities.

Experience
I gained my professional experience working at renowned law firms, providing legal services to entrepreneurs and supporting M&A transactions. Currently, I assist clients in the implementation of construction projects by drafting and negotiating contracts with contractors. I represent investors, developers, and general contractors in litigation, particularly in disputes concerning payment claims, property defects, and construction contracts. I participate in real estate due diligence analyses, helping to minimize legal risks related to planned investments. I advise housing communities on day-to-day legal matters and represent them in disputes with developers. I draft and review contracts for the sale, lease, tenancy, and construction of real estate, ensuring legal security and protecting clients’ interests.
