I specialize in civil law, both substantive and procedural. I handle court cases under civil law and commercial law for our clients mainly from the banking, lending and insurance sectors.
I represent clients in disputes before courts and in mediation proceedings as well as during negotiations of court settlements.
Experience
I have over 8 years of experience in providing legal and procedural assistance in civil and commercial cases, as well as supporting clients in labour disputes.
In RK Legal, I am responsible for litigation, drawing up submissions at each stage of the proceedings, specifically for the clients from the banking, lending and insurance sectors.
As a part of my civil law and civil procedure practice, I represent clients in lawsuits, including the so-called “Swiss franc” trials.
