On a daily basis, I am responsible for communicating with debtors, analyzing cases, and undertaking activities aimed at achieving amicable resolutions. I also prepare reports, summaries, and management information that support the assessment of recovery performance and the ongoing monitoring of debt portfolios.
In my work, I draw on experience gained across various departments within the organization, which enables me to navigate the debt management process efficiently and understand its different stages. I focus on delivering reliable case management, effective communication, and identifying solutions that enhance the success of amicable recovery efforts.
I am also actively involved in initiatives focused on process improvement and automation. I have a strong interest in solutions that streamline day-to-day operations, facilitate data analysis, and improve the efficiency of activities within the amicable debt recovery area.
Experience
I have been involved in the debt management industry for over 12 years, gaining experience across various areas of case handling and debt portfolio management.
I currently work in the Amicable Debt Recovery Department, where I am involved in pre-litigation recovery activities and the day-to-day management of cases.
