I am a member of the Real Estate Department at RK Legal, which provides comprehensive services for investment processes and supports construction operations. We conduct real estate procedures (such as division, dissolution of co-ownership, easements, compensations, etc.), and procedures for dealing with legal defects of real estate (conflicts between the developer and the housing community or between the investor and the contractor). We also provide comprehensive support to communities, cooperatives and administrators in their day-to-day operations (including the development of agreements and resolutions, assistance in debt collection processes).
Real estate and investmentsExperience
I specialise in civil and administrative law in the field of real estate and construction investments. I provide legal services to housing communities and handle administrative and judicial proceedings relating to real property. I also take part in due diligence processes regarding real estate, and drafting of legal opinions and contracts. I have experience in handling cases related to right of way occupancy permits, transformation of perpetual usufruct rights into real estate ownership rights, and debt collection.

My Master’s thesis was written under the direction of prof. dr hab. Rafał Stankiewicz at the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw on the procedure for requesting public information.
