Experience
I have many years of experience in the banking sector. In RK Legal, since 2015, I have been co-ordinating the work of the team responsible for debt collection for bank clients at pre-litigation, litigation and enforcement stages. I supervise comprehensive handling of cases at settlement-oriented stage, I review and update the procedures and tools used throughout the entire debt recovery process.
