I specialize in new technologies and Internet law, with a particular focus on the legal aspects of online activities, including marketing, IT contracts (excluding public procurement), data protection, intellectual property, as well as film and advertising law.

For years, I have been advising entrepreneurs in the areas of new technologies law, data protection, Internet law, and intellectual property. I have extensive experience providing legal support to companies in the e-commerce, IT, media, and advertising sectors.
Data Protection (GDPR)
I specialize in comprehensive GDPR audits and implementation. I analyze the documentation a company already has, provide tailored recommendations, and prepare or update necessary materials based on the client’s business profile. I also advise on day-to-day compliance, including data processing agreements, joint controllership, privacy notices, legal grounds for processing, incident management, data breaches, international data transfers outside the EEA, and HR-related GDPR matters such as remote work, recruitment, and digital monitoring.
E-commerce and Online Marketing
I support clients operating online by advising on GDPR-compliant marketing practices. I conduct audits of websites, privacy policies, cookie management tools, online forms, and consent mechanisms. I assist in drafting terms and conditions for online stores (also operating internationally), webinar platforms, and activities such as PPC campaigns, lead generation, and legally compliant newsletter distribution.
IT Contracts
I draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, including implementation, cloud services, maintenance and development agreements, and framework contracts (MSA, SOW). I advise on licensing (including open source and open content), source code matters, pre-implementation analyses, and infrastructure management arrangements.
Creative Industries: Film and Advertising
I provide legal support to clients in the film and advertising industries. I draft and negotiate production agreements, marketing campaign contracts, photo/video services, model and actor agreements, as well as music and script licensing. I ensure proper transfer of copyrights, regulation of moral and derivative rights, and assist with location agreements and film shoot logistics.
