I am a member of the B2B Credit Management Department at RK Legal, where, together with the team, we support clients in amicable debt recovery, payment litigation, enforcement proceedings, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring cases. I take part in court proceedings related to the recovery of disputed claims based on civil law contracts.
Experience
I participate in the debt recovery process through both amicable actions and court or enforcement proceedings. I support entrepreneurs in pursuing corporate claims. I take part in civil and commercial proceedings on behalf of the law firm’s clients, including those from the lending, insurance, transportation, telecommunications, and medical industries. I also assist clients during bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
