I am a member of the Litigation Department at RK Legal where I provide comprehensive legal services in civil lawsuits, and assistance in negotiations and mediations.
I specialize in civil law disputes, specifically related with claims under credit facility agreements granted in foreign currencies, as well as in, banking, bankruptcy and restructuring law.
Experience
I have many years of experience in assisting entities from the banking, insurance, leasing and transport sectors. I represent Polish and foreign clients in disputes, I conduct negotiations with contractors and appear before common courts on the clients’ behalf.
I represent banking entities in litigation related with the so-called “Swiss franc credit facilities”, i.e. credit facilities indexed to / denominated in foreign currencies. I also have experience in debt collection. I assist creditors in securing their interests in the course of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, in particular in submitting claims, protests, and representing the clients at the meetings of the committee of creditors or meetings of creditors.
