At RK Legal, I am responsible for comprehensive legal services for companies and enterprises. I specialise in civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on the enforcement of claims, litigation and transaction security.
I deal with the insurance, finance and transportation law. I handle and coordinate litigation for the enforcement of claims and commercial contracts.

I have several years of experience in the field of litigation and support for business entities in the area of business advisory and transaction security, as well as credit risk assessment of commercial transactions.
I have handled numerous litigations for entities operating in the insurance, automotive, fuel, transportation and construction industries.
