I combine over 10 years of experience in data analytics and controlling with the active implementation of artificial intelligence solutions. I am responsible for building a data-driven culture within the organization, purchasing and analyzing debt portfolios, as well as acquiring and implementing AI innovations supporting the growth of the entire RK Legal Group. Previously, for 10 years, I developed analytical and process competencies at Polkomtel (Plus Group/Cyfrowy Polsat).
Within the organization, I identify processes that can be improved through artificial intelligence — from automating repetitive tasks and document analysis to creating AI tool prototypes tailored to the specifics of our business. I support the selection of the most valuable starting points for AI implementation so that deployments bring real savings in time and costs while offering practical applications in everyday work.
I conduct practical workshops and training sessions for internal teams — both legal and business — demonstrating how to effectively and responsibly use AI tools in daily operations. I focus on specific applications that can be immediately utilized in ongoing organizational tasks and processes.
Debt Portfolio Valuation
I help funds, debt collection companies, and investors make informed purchasing decisions. I conduct comprehensive debt portfolio valuations, including debtor segmentation, recovery modeling, debt structure analysis, and cash flow forecasting. Each valuation ends with a clear recommendation: buy, negotiate the price, or walk away — all supported by data-driven justification rather than intuition.
Benchmark Valuation
I offer benchmark valuation services that allow clients to compare an analyzed portfolio against market standards. Thanks to years of experience analyzing portfolios across industries — telecommunications, banking, leasing — I can assess whether the offered price reflects the portfolio quality compared to market benchmarks, identify segments performing above or below market averages, and uncover hidden risks that may not be visible in the raw data alone.
Debt Market Transactions
I support companies and investment funds in debt portfolio acquisition processes. I conduct portfolio valuation, segmentation, and profitability analysis, helping clients make informed investment decisions based on hard data rather than estimates.
