I am a legal trainee specialising in labour law and social security. I have been providing ongoing HR law advisory services to Polish and international employers for over 4 years. I support HR departments on such issues as employment and risk assessment, the design of remuneration systems, benefits, and employee mobility. I have experience in drawing up internal regulations and policies. I represent employers before labour courts in labour law and social security disputes. I handle issues of unequal treatment and mobbing in the workplace.
