I supervise the work of the team of a few dozen people who form the Credit Management Division responsible for claiming debts in settlement-oriented, court and enforcement proceedings.
Experience
In everyday work, I count primarily on process optimisation and streamlining, using IT tools for case queuing processes.
In the last few years, I have been responsible for various projects related with adaptation of case handling process to changes in legislation and new market trends.
I put particular emphasis on detailed knowledge of operational aspects of each company and tailoring our actions to individual needs of each of them.
