I have several years of experience in litigating banking products on the side of both corporate clients and individuals.
I am currently representing banking sector entities in cases involving foreign currency-valorised credits by drafting pleadings, legal recommendations, as well as participating in court hearings and handling the negotiation and mediation process.
Experience
I am a member of RK Legal’s Litigation Department team.
I provide legal services to corporate clients, including litigation relating to banking products. I also conduct negotiation discussions on behalf of clients and participate in mediation proceedings.
I am interested in civil law in its broadest sense, as well as in banking law issues.
