I support entrepreneurs in recovering corporate receivables. I am responsible for conducting civil and commercial proceedings on behalf of the law firm’s clients, including those from the lending and automotive sectors. I handle numerous litigation cases concerning disputed claims based on civil law contracts such as lease, mandate, contract for specific work, loan, leasing, as well as construction works contracts. I have experience in advising clients in court disputes by drafting pleadings and preparing legal and case law analyses.
My interests and professional practice also extend to the area of white collar crime (economic criminal law).
