How can I help you?
At RK Legal, I am responsible for providing legal services to individual clients in the area of pursuing claims arising from life insurance contracts with the Insurance Capital Fund, i.e. the so-called saving insurance policies.
I also provide legal support for loan funds by overseeing the process of debt recovery, from the pre-court stage (amicable collection) through court and enforcement proceedings. I also provide legal advice to clients, recommending them the most beneficial solutions.
I have gained my experience working for law firms. In my career, I have dealt in particular with cases involving civil litigation. At present, as far as saving insurance policies are concerned, I coordinate services involving legal analysis of documentation presented by clients, making attempts to resolve cases amicably and conducting court proceedings, i.e. drafting pleadings and representing the attorney at the hearings. I also have experience in bankruptcy, commercial and criminal proceedings and debt recovery in enforcement proceedings.
I defended my master’s thesis entitled “Police Emergency Room for Children as an institution to counteract the demoralization of minors” under the supervision of prof. UKSW, Fr. dr hab. Mirosław Kosek. During my studies, I was eager to improve my practical skills by providing pro bono legal advice as part of the UKSW Legal Clinic.
