As a member of the Business Support Department, I assist clients with legal matters related to the day-to-day operations of their companies.
As part of my practice, I handle civil and commercial court proceedings and support clients in corporate matters, including contract review and company registry issues.
Experience
I primarily handle disputes involving the law firm’s business clients, both at the pre-litigation and litigation stages. My practice and professional interests focus mainly on conducting commercial court proceedings. I support clients throughout all stages of legal proceedings – including enforcement – as well as during bankruptcy proceedings.
On a daily basis, I provide ongoing legal support to entrepreneurs. I work on various types of contracts (such as service agreements, lease agreements, cooperation agreements, and memorandums of understanding) and offer assistance with corporate legal matters.
At RK Legal, I have also had the opportunity to support clients in labor law and social security matters, both in day-to-day advisory and in court proceedings.
