I am a member of RK Legal’s Litigation Department team which provides comprehensive legal services in civil disputes, as well as legal services for negotiations and mediation.
Experience
Currently, I am mainly involved in civil law litigation, in particular regarding claims arising from loan agreements granted in foreign currency, as well as in banking law. I also have nearly 10 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to business entities and local government.
Moreover, I have gained litigation experience working in court.
