I am responsible for comprehensive debt recovery services for the law firm's clients. My actions start with taking steps to amicably settle the case, i.e. preparing requests for payment, negotiating the terms of a settlement, ending with conducting court proceedings.
I specialize in litigation in the field of civil and commercial law. I represent clients from various industries, including insurance, leasing and loan. I also pursue claims in court against members of the management board and in electronic writ proceedings.
Experience
I have experience in advising and representing clients, incl. in court cases on payments, enforcement and anti-enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings. She dealt with customer service, customer service, including, inter alia, debt securitization and mass buyers. I participated in due diligence of debt portfolios secured with real estate before the client purchased the debt.
