In the Litigation Department, I coordinate the work of a team responsible for conducting civil and commercial litigation for the firm's clients. I specialise in substantive civil and procedural laws.
I am responsible for drawing up procedures for handling cases taking into account the interests of clients while minimising risks and optimising costs incurred.
Experience
At RK Legal, I serve corporate clients, mainly banks and securitisation funds, in the area of receivables management. I provide comprehensive support the firm’s clients in pursuing their claims by seeking amicable forms of dispute resolution, conducting litigation and enforcement proceedings. I oversee the accuracy and timeliness of actions taken. I induce new employees and provide substantive support to the team.
My scientific interests focus on the civil law. My master’s thesis entitled: “The enforcement of claims by banks in civil proceedings” under the supervision of dr hab. Joanna Studzińska concentrated on matters within that field.
