At RK Legal, I ensure the tax security of clients by supporting various Departments with tax law expertise.
In my career spanning more than 10 years, I have been dealing with tax law, mainly in the context of its impact on the profitability of business ventures. I have an understanding of the issues arising when running medium or large businesses. I often propose non-obvious ways for clients to reach their intended business goal while maintaining tax security and keeping the tax structure as simple as possible.
Experience
In recent years, I have mainly supported companies in the fuel and chemicals, telecommunications, real estate and food industries, taking cross-border trade aspects into account.
I gladly provide assistance in determining the appropriate taxation of new innovative and developing areas of the economy.
I advise executives on tax solutions and risks.
I represent companies in audits, proceedings and litigation in the field of tax law with particular emphasis on VAT and CIT.
I prepare clients for changes in tax legislation and assess current tax risks, in particular by conducting tax reviews and identifying areas of risk, estimating the financial impact of changes on the client and proposing process optimisation and training.
Between 2016 and 2017, I headed the tax department of a listed telecommunications group of companies.
Between 2011 and 2015, I was constantly involved in the legislative process by providing opinions on draft acts, being active in working groups with MPs and senators and with committees set up to work on acts.
