I provide legal assistance to clients from the leasing, banking and transport sectors in disputes under civil law contract. I also conduct enforcement proceedings on behalf of our clients in order to recover claims confirmed by a valid and final court ruling.
I have been a member of case teams that have achieved settlements and court victories in the form of favourable awards for clients or dismissal of their counterparties’ claims. Many of those cases related with claims arising from civil law contracts.
