In the law firm, I deal with debt recovery at the stage of enforcement proceedings.
I am responsible for the comprehensive conduct of enforcement proceedings - I prepare applications for the initiation of enforcement, monitor the course of proceedings, prepare pleadings in the field of enforcement proceedings, maintain written and telephone contact with bailiffs, creditors, courts and debtors.
I also supervise real estate enforcement proceedings.
Experience
I have gained my experience in enforcement proceedings in bailiff offices. For two years I worked as a trainee bailiff.

- The bailiff apprenticeship at the Bailiff Chamber in Warsaw ended with a positive result in the bailiff exam (2017-2018)
