I am responsible for comprehensive services provided to banks, securitization funds, insurance companies and transport companies, assisting mainly in the matters of civil law, commercial law and enforcement proceedings. I specialize in litigation, with particular emphasis on mass-scale debt recovery.

I have more than 6 years of experience in providing legal assistance to entities from the banking, lending and transport sectors. While working in the Litigation Department of RK Legal, I have prepared debt collection strategies aimed at optimisation of our clients’ claims settlement process.
I handle numerous court disputes which often require non-standard approach to the case. I draw up analyses and legal opinions for finance clients (banks, lending institutions, securitization funds). I advise our clients on settlement of claims under credit facility agreements indexed to/denominated in foreign currencies.
I also conduct training on civil law, civil procedure and banking law.
