Experience
Legal services for commercial companies
I provide legal assistance to corporate bodies and prepare draft internal documents. I have experience in corporate disputes, concerning e.g.: repealing resolutions, winding up of limited liability companies, compensation from management board members and establishing court-appointed administrator of a legal person.
Entries in the National Court Register
I prepare documentation necessary to register entities in or introduce changes to the National Court Register. I ensure that the proceedings before registry courts are conducted properly.
New legal provisions
I support clients in adapting their business to new legal requirements. Due to imposing new obligations on the parties to legal transactions I assisted clients, inter alia, in identification of beneficial owners and their entry to the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR), or in the process of share dematerialization.
Litigation
I take part in court proceedings regarding business cases, specifically in the construction and automotive sector. I also participated in the court proceedings at the stage of cassation appeal before the Supreme Court.
