My practice focuses on corporate advisory, legal support for the automotive sector, and regulatory compliance. Key areas and projects I have supported include:
Corporate advisory and handling ownership disputes
Carrying out corporate processes of commercial law entities at every stage of their activity – from registration, through merger or transformation, to liquidation. Drafting internal documentation, servicing company bodies, and registering changes in the National Court Register (KRS) and other registers. Advising in corporate disputes (including cases for the repeal of a resolution, damages cases against management board members, and proceedings for the appointment of a curator for a legal entity).
Strategic projects and ongoing support for the automotive industry
Participation in a project introducing Asian car brands to the Polish market, including building the legal structure of the distribution network, reviewing dealer agreements, drafting agreements with contractors in connection with the commencement of activity, as well as coordinating and providing legal support for the reorganization of the dealer network.
Ongoing support for suppliers in relations with members of authorized dealer networks, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with business partners, creating warranty conditions and other industry documents, handling consumer complaint processes, and advising in the area of competition and consumer protection law.
New legal regulations
Accompanying Clients in adapting their operations to new legal requirements resulting from changes in the legal environment (e.g., regarding product safety, packaging management, or obligations towards consumers). Assistance in identifying the scope of obligations and legal risk, developing solutions within a given organization.
Court proceedings
Representation and legal advisory in court disputes in the field of commercial and corporate law. Conducting proceedings in cases for the repeal of resolutions of company bodies, damages cases against management board members, and cases concerning the appointment of a curator for a legal entity. Representation of clients in disputes in the field of competition and consumer protection law, and handling court proceedings arising from complaints.
